- Are the referral rewards included in the monthly price?
- No. The subscription covers the software — campaigns, tracking, reward calculation and payout delivery. The rewards themselves are funded by your business, because they're your money going to your customers. You decide the amount when you set up your offer, and you only ever pay a reward on a job you actually won.
- What happens if a referral doesn't close?
- Nothing is owed. Rewards are calculated only when you mark a referral Won, and only if the job clears the minimum value you set.
- Do I need my own Twilio or email account?
- No. ReferXpert sends on your behalf. Messages carry your business name, and replies route to the address you set in your profile.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, monthly, at any time. Your data stays exportable while your account is open.
